As the Strategic Facilities Manager on the GE Aviation Facilities Services Program you will have the chance to impact the cost-effective operations and maintenance of our client’s facilities. Working with client contacts and other members of our team, the Strategic Facilities Manager will act as Subject Matter Expert (SME) on facility support services, developing scope of work based on client site-requirements. During your time with us, you’ll coordinate with our client to develop scope of services, Preventive Maintenance schedules, and frequency of service matrix. You’ll also develop, implement, administer and modify programs to maintain the physical plant, grounds and equipment of sites, provide supplier oversight, and manage corrective actions. The minimum qualifications for this position are:
- Degree in Business, Law, Engineering or other applicable field, with training in Purchasing
- Minimum of 10 years of facility management experience, including scope development, creating preventative maintenance schedules, supplier management, and project experience
