Impact Advisors has an immediate opportunity for a Strategic ERP Services Advisor to identify and implement cost-effective, growth- and value-oriented ERP solutions for our hospital provider clients across the care continuum, from ambulatory care to hospice, in both the public and private sectors.

Responsibilities include:

  • ERP strategy, planning and complex project implementation to create product roadmaps and influence the design of new product functionality

  • Deployment of ERP projects to deliver functional and technical solutions on routine and complex aspects of applications and technology
  • Assessment of technology and system gaps, along with definition of infrastructure and/or application solutions needed to close gaps and further business strategy
  • Utilization ofhealthcareindustry knowledge in one or more of the following areas:
    • Supply Chain
    • Financial Management (accounting, G/L)
    • Human Capital Management
    • Capital Asset Management
    • Ordering Systems/Purchasing
    • Quality Control
  • Securing executive and operational buy-in for project completion
  • Identification of project/program risks and establishment of proactive mitigation strategies
  • Utilization of proven Best Practices methodologies and practical experience to help clients determine how new ERP technology can create business opportunities
  • Streamlining processes to increase the quality and safety of patient care
  • Leadership to provide support in times of organizational transition and transformation
  • Implementing and overseeing the quality of deliverables and effectively managing teams and day-to-day relationships at all organizational levels to ensure exceptional performance
  • Participation in the development and presentation of proposals for business development activities

Qualifications Include:

  • Minimum of 7 years consulting and/or industry experiencerequired
  • Bachelor’s degree or comparable experiencerequired
  • Previous experience leading ERP implementations (e.g., Oracle, PeopleSoft, Workday, SAP, Baan, Lawson, JD Edwards, Hyperion)
  • Revenue Cycle, Clinical and/or infrastructure application knowledge (Client/Server, Cloud, Mainframe)
  • Strong understanding of Healthcare I/T operations
  • Proven financial and project management leadership skills
  • Excellent critical thinking, problem solving, relationship building, presentation and communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, matrix-structured environment
  • National, weekly travelrequired
