The Strategic Director position is an opportunity to build client relationships by leveraging your passion for brands and the role they play in culture and people’s lives. We’re looking for a smart, creative brand developer who wants to challenge the conventions of marketing and sales to drive business growth. You’ll have a minimum of 6 years’ experience in a marketing-related field where you have proven your ability to apply a combination of rigorous analysis and creative thinking to develop impactful ideas. You can speak with confidence to work you have done in brand positioning /activation and ideally have also had exposure to portfolio strategy and brand architecture. And you enjoy developing strong client relationships.
You will play a critical role in designing research as well as analyzing existing data for nuggets of opportunity, looking for adjacent category trends or ideas that can be applied to a problem, creating inspirational content, concept writing, delivering insightful brand strategy recommendations, and bringing brand concepts to life visually and verbally.
You’ll own efficient and effective delivery of complex projects, orchestrating teams, synthesizing different inputs and writing presentations/stories to deliver impactful brand recommendations.
You will also co-facilitate impactful client workshops, plan and running internal insight workshops and develop new approaches to address challenging client briefs. You’ll have an eye for sniffing out new opportunities for our clients and for our business and will input into proposals that can win that business.
