We ideate and architect experiences for our client’s customers, through interactive kiosks, signage and software.
Get out of that tiny cubicle and its drab gray walls! Get out there and chat directly with our clients and customers, and be the friend they didn’t know they needed. As Strategic Account Manager, it’s your job to make sure that your finger is on the pulse of our target market. Find out what they need and what we can do about it. In this job, it’s all about keeping our current customers happy, while making sure that our new customers feel welcomed into the ZIVELO family.
Education and/or Experience
- BS degree in Business Administration, Finance, Supply Chain or relevant field preferred
- Minimum of five (5) years Strategic Account Manager, Key Account Manager, or Project Manager
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce or other account management systems preferred
- Proven communication and customer relations skills necessary
- Excellent computer skills
- Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills
- Ability to travel for client meetings
