As a critical member of the sales team, the Strategic Account Manager, Eastern US Region will be retaining, renewing, and selling additional IT security services to existing clients to drive growth within your assigned client list. The Strategic Account Manager provides account leadership, develops client relationships at the senior and technical level, and is regarded by the client as an advocate and partner to help foster a mutually beneficial business partnership.
The Strategic Account Manager will be responsible for client in the eastern region of the United States. Ideal candidates will be located within their assigned region to better serve their clients' needs. Although, PhishLabs is headquartered in Charleston, South Carolina, candidates can be located in various areas along the east coast of the United States.
In this role you are responsible for expanding and maintaining business and relationships with financial institutions and other security aware industries. With the support of marketing and Sales Engineering, you will utilize a consultative sales approach using the Solution Selling sales methodology. Your success depends upon your ability to build solid relationships with your clients to meet their security needs while positioning PhishLabs as the leading cybercrime and phishing protection firm in the world.
