Compensation for this position includes comprehensive medical, dental, and vision benefits, a base salary, and various bonus compensation opportunities.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Manage key client relationships with particular focus on building strong relationships and generating revenue
  • Build strategic account plans that focus on mutual-success and customer value
  • Develop a strong pipeline and reach annual sales targets
  • Develop an expert-level of knowledge for all Mitratech’s Software applications and modules
  • Conduct value-based, strategic presentations and lead product demonstrations
  • Handle customer calls and inquiries in a prompt and courteous manner as well as generate customer quotes
  • Work with other client-facing departments to ensure the successful management of accounts
  • Keep up to date knowledge of the industry, as well as the competitive posture of the company

Required Skills:

  • Bachelor's Degree; or equivalent experience
  • A minimum of 5 years of sales and/or account management experience
  • Customer-driven personality with the ability to initiate, establish, and nurture meaningful business relationships over the phone and in person
  • High energy with the ability to manage multiple competing priorities, with strong project, organizational, problem-solving and time management skills
  • Capable of working independently with minimal supervision and a in a team environment
  • Highly effective communication skills that convey professionalism in all written, verbal and in-person meetings
  • Interest and passion for staying on top of industry trends and best practices; up for continuously taking on new challenges
  • Proficiency in all MS Office applications, with strong knowledge of PowerPoint preferred
  • Travel - Up to 50%
