Their platform allows large Enterprises to effectively interact with their customers through modern channels such as social media, messaging channels, forums, and blogs. Their leading-edge modern contact center applications have allowed the world's largest call centers to quickly adopt to a remote workforce saving millions in downtime during the Covid-19 outbreak while empowering clients to rethink what their future contact center should look like.
Their continued growth has led to expansion roles based in Seattle, San Francisco, Chicago, Dallas, and Los Angeles for a talented Enterprise Account Executive to own the global relationship for one or two of their largest, most strategic accounts in the world.
The ideal profile will be an Enterprise AE veteran who has been consistently top 10% of their SaaS sales team for the past 10-15 years with experience quarterbacking an account or two globally. Typical comp is 150-160k base x2 plus equity. Their industry-leading comp plan includes incredible accelerators for overachievement.
