I cover Employee Engagement and Incentives technology and I’m currently conducting a search for a Strategic Account Management role in the greater (1)NYC/Long Island, NY/Southern CT marketplace; (2)Pittsburgh, PA; (3)Cleveland, Ohio.
This client was recently named as one of the 150 Best Companies to work for the 3rd consecutive year! They work with the Fortune 1000 to help them improve in their employee's experience (EX) thru a Saas-based solution to drive behavior and engagement, as well as reward employees.
Base Salary of $125,000 Base + Commission $30,000 guarantee year #1 + Expense Account + a very comprehensive benefits package that starts day 1 of employment (401K match - 50 cents on the dollar) +$10,000 a year car allowance. Realistic earnings in year #1 is typically $150,000+; $170,000-$200,000 Year #2; Year #3 your income potential jumps to $300,000- $400,000+ annually.
Commissions earned are for the life-time of the client contract!
The Employee Engagement & Recognition industry is one of the few sales industries left (financial services; software..) where you can earn from $300,000-$500,000> annually due to residuals and average size of the sale you are working on. In addition, this industry is truly a "significant" type of sale in terms of the impact you w/ill have on a daily basis
-BA/BS Degree; MBA or Master's Degree a plus.
-5 years-10 years+ of successful outside sales experience preferably from a Fortune 1000 company or a firm with a good sales training program.
-Candidates used to complex sales cycles with multiple contacts and RFP's.
-Mid size to Enterprise Account experience.
