Join this 20+ year innovative & progressive company as their next Senior Account Executive in their "high profile" central San Diego office (Sorrento Valley area)
This role is an Inside & Outside Sales Representative role in selling this client Environmental/Energy services (Green initiatives - Saas program; Energy Efficiency; Solar; Battery Storage; LED Lighting; Feasibility Analysis; Fleet Services...) to a wide variety of different business sectors including Property Management/Multi-Family Segment; Healthcare (i.e. Hospitals & Assisted Living Facilities); Manufacturing; Food & Beverage production; Hospitality; Biotech/Pharmaceutical; Education.. The role starts off as a 100% Hunter role, but once you establish an account you will have the chance to develop & build it. Many of the established Account Executive handle up to 100 accounts.
You will be selling to the C-Suite of primarily mid-size organizations and some Enterprise accounts.

-$100,000-$110,000 Base Salary + Guarantee of $30,000 + Commission ~$50,000 (No Cap's) + Company Car (Hybrid) + Parking + Microsoft Surface + Cell Phone + Comprehensive Benefits Package (90% Medical); $180k-$200K in year #1.
-BA/BS Degree - Activities/Leadership on Campus/NCAA Sports
-4 years-10+ years plus of successful outside sales (i.e. Top 10%-20% of the sales force; President's Club Awards; Rookie of the Year). Fleet leasing; Equipment Leasing; Software Sales; Major Account experience or selling to mid-size to large prospects.
-Looking for candidates who can prospect and be strong in account management/account development.
-Prefer candidates coming from a formalized sales training program from a Fortune 1000 company.
-Candidates should be very comfortable in having very in-depth financial discussions (i.e. ROI) with Controllers, CFO's, & CEO's.
-Stability - Solid reasons for leaving each role.
