VISION: Privately-held; multi-plant manufacturer of engineered products targeting multiple channels. New role to key on medical OEMs globally. Company has over 100 customers and looking to expand market share through direct (USA), distribution partners (Asia) and manufacturing reps (Europe).
OPPORTUNITY: Company provides customized solutions for disposable medical products, diagnostic equipment, orthopedic implants, infusion pumps, patient monitoring, and medical masks. Company is looking to grow organically by 15% annually through new customers and additional development within existing accounts. Drive account growth, maintain and expand existing global accounts. Work with regional sales. Maintain high customer satisfaction.
REQUIREMENTS: Advanced degree in Chemistry, Engineering, or Business, MBA preferred. Seek 8+ years of strategic sales experience with Medical Device products that target medical OEMs. Must be willing to travel50%.
