Build relationships with contacts in assigned territory to identify, develop, and negotiate sales opportunities and solve client needs through consultative and solution based selling.

 

Activities:

 

*** Construct and maintain a business plan for designated territory based on sales and strategic initiatives.

 

*** Build and establish relationships with key sources to market portfolio of products to leading employers.

 

*** Call on existing and potential customers to prospect new customers and grow book of business.

 

*** Sell Stop Loss products through established networks of insurance brokers, third party administrators and consultants, and by developing new prospects.

 

*** Develop internal relationships with underwriters, distribution specialists, and internal support partners to create specialized plans to meet client needs.
