Develop and manage relationships with brokers and third party administrators to produce submission flow and achieve profitable growth from Stop Loss business.
*** Create marketing strategies and related materials for Stop Loss products and services.
*** Contact clients and prospects via phone and in-person visits.
*** Solicit, negotiate, and close new and renewal business.
*** Monitor production, loss ratios, renewal retention ratios and other production and quality measures.
*** Analyze submission quality, volume, mix and profitability of assigned producers.
