The role of Stock Administrator, located in Emeryville, CA, will be responsible for:

Responsibilities
* Administer all aspects of Amyris’ equity programs
* Manage all participant equity plan transactions (grants, exercises, terminations, leaves, etc.) and ensure that they are correctly processed in a timely manner
* Develop the stock administration function, including improvements in process and implementing automated solutions.
* Work closely with outside service providers, such as our equity systems vendor, transfer agent, and broker service providers.
* Partner with our Accounting, Payroll, Finance, Legal and HR teams   
* Support our compensation team with analysis and modeling  
* Support employee understanding of equity awards programs and policies
* Prepare and reconcile monthly, quarterly and custom reports on share plan activity
* Serve as back up for Payroll manager 

Qualifications
* Minimum degree BS
* Minimum 5+ years of experience as a Stock Plan Administrator
* Skills relevant to performance of the stock administrator position
o Experience with Equity Edge, Schwab or Share works
o CEP designation preferred   
o Advanced skills in Excel, Word and PowerPoint  
o Payroll experience a plus
o Excellent written and verbal skills
