State Regulatory Compliance Analyst
Do you enjoy working in a ?high performing? environment? Our client, a leading international insurance firm is seeking an accomplished State Filings ?guru? to join their growing team. Individual will oversee and coordinate all state regulatory and federal regulatory/licensing/compliance filings for three domestic property and casualty insurance companies and an insurance holding company. Prepare, review and track all filings and manage a staff of 2. Filings include annual, quarterly and supplemental statements and exhibits, data calls and otherreports. Work as part of a team in coordinating with Accounting, Underwriting, Claims, and Risk Management departments. Oversee maintaining a data base of required filings. Coordinate with vendors for premium taxes filings and agent appointments. Work with colleagues outside the USA as needed to meet local regulatory requirements.
5+ years of Insurance regulatory experience. 2+ years of experience with a primary insurance company. Reinsurance experience is a plus. Supervisory experience desirable. Self-motivated team player with the ability to solve problems, make decisions, exercise good judgment and work independently. Good computer skills (MS Office).
