Salary Range: Days: $36.78 - $47.99
Evenings: $40.78 - $51.99
Nights: $41.98 - $53.19
All evening and night shifts include shift differentials.
The base pay range is a good faith representation of current potential base pay for successful applicants. Shift differentials have been included in the range. Pay is determined by factors including experience, qualifications, specialty, internal equity and contracts.

• Voluntary On Call - $2.75 per hour
• In Charge Differential - $2.50 per hour
• Preceptor Differential - $3.00 per hour
• Float Pool Differential - $2.50 per hour

Responsibilities:
- Graduate from an accredited School of Nursing.
- Current critical care experience preferred..
- Possesses a thorough knowledge of nursing principles, ability to provide quality patient care and ability to assess patient's needs, e.g. clinical, teaching, mental and spiritual.
- Must recognize safety issues to self and others and be able to assess and implement use of lifts or move patients in a safe manner.
- Must be able to function well in stressful situations and have good, creative, problem-solving skills.
- Strong leadership skills with ability to prioritize and delegate.
- May be required to assume duties as a charge nurse. Excellent interpersonal, organizational, written, and verbal communication skills required.
- Current NYS RN license. BLS required or obtained within 3 months; ACLS required or obtained within 6 months; PALS preferred. IV and IV contrast certification required. Coronary care course or successful completion of challenge exam within orientation period. Basic lethal dysrhythmia within six months of employment., and NIHSS certification within the first 6 months of employment.
