Western Connecticut Medical Group is seeking a full-time Cardiothoracic Surgeon to join our long established Cardiothoracic program at Danbury Hospital in Danbury, Connecticut, located about 60 miles northeast of New York City. Under the leadership of Robert Gallagher, M.D., this is an excellent opportunity to join an experienced team with a growing case volume. In addition to conventional open heart surgery, the Danbury Hospital program offers minimally invasive cardiac surgery including robotics. A strong well integrated structural heart program including TAVR is present. This is an employed position with a highly competitive compensation package, including allowances for CMEs and Dues expenses and relocation.
