About the Role You can expect to work on the following:
- Understanding the relationship between our clients' marketing inputs and marketing outputs (sales, revenue), as well as quantifying the inherent uncertainty involved
- Communicating the model and its implications to non-technical stakeholders
- Working with our data engineering and product teams to productize the above for our growing customer base
- Work with our customers, product managers, product engineers, and customer support, to scope, build, and iterate high value solutions.
- Provide technical and expertise support with customers in related fields.
About You Requirements - Expertise with Python
- Strong skills in mathematics/ statistics, probability, and/or machine learning
- Experience with differentiable programming or probabilistic programming (e.g. Tensorflow, Pytorch, JAX, Pyro, PyMC)
- Ability to clearly communicate results to non-technical audiences, in English
- Experience (or enthusiasm) with working in a small, fast-paced company
- 6+ years experience
Good to Have - MS or PhD with research focus on quantitative or statistical methods
- Prior experience working in marketing data, e-commerce, or ad-tech
- Experience working with cloud infrastructure such as Google Cloud Platform, Azure, or AWS
- Prior experience working in data engineering roles/ departments
