What is primary need, technical challenge, and/or problem you will be responsible for?

CloudHealth manages 11B USD in cloud infrastructure spend as of today. As part of our goal to double this number we are looking to expand Professional Services Team in Americas. As one of our senior most member of the professional services delivery team, you will support CloudHealth's growing Professional Services Business in Americas and Globally. You will design and develop custom solutions, but also solve cross-functional customer challenges in collaboration with Sales, Product Management and existing Engineering teams.

What type of work will you be doing? What assignments, requirements, or skills will you be performing on a regular basis?

As part of the CloudHealth Professional Services Team, you will make a significant, immediate and direct impact on our customers. You will provide solutions utilizing our products and platform while solving some of the most complex challenges in cloud computing. You will deliver quality implementation services to our customers and help drive adoption to ensure an excellent customer experience. And on an ongoing basis you will:

• Lead implementations for CloudHealth in the most effective, efficient, and creative ways to ensure successful user adoption and overall success with our products through an understanding of the customers' existing business models and processes
• Manage key stakeholders for multiple concurrent mid-sized projects.
• Support Professional Services Delivery Teams, Solution Engineers, and Account Executives with your technical input for developing Statements of Work during the pre-sales process to define the project objectives, scope, deliverables, dependencies, and risks. This is important to drive PS Attach.
• Consult customers on best practices regarding CloudHealth configuration and usage
• Create detailed specifications outlining the requirements for both external and internal stakeholders
• Consult with clients on analysis and findings to ensure clarity on solutions
• Document all work with customers including solution design and configuration
• Managing internal resources and clients to ensure on-time on-budget delivery of projects
• Mentor and develop resources in VMware's delivery best cost locations like India, Colombia, Costa Rica, Bulgaria & Egypt
• Manage multiple mid-sized projects in parallel by leveraging the team's in best cost locations like India, Colombia etc.
• Drive FinOps based business transformation within large enterprise customers.
• Partner with product management and customer success teams to ensure positive customer health and drive outcomes.

What do you have to be successful in this role?

• A minimum of 10 years' relevant experience implementing SaaS solutions with a track record of on-schedule delivery.
• Practical understanding of cloud-centric architectures and services
• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Math, or related background is a must. Advanced degree desired, but not required
• Professional experience with multiple programming and scripting languages is a plus.
• Experience in customer facing, problem solving positions.
• The ability to work in a fast-paced team-oriented environment, using company resources to solve customer challenges/requirements.
• An understanding of ITSM eco-systems and prominent solutions within them such as: DataDog, Chef, Ansible, Puppet, New Relic, ServiceNow, AlertLogic.
• Strong customer presentation skills with customer facing documentation.
• Strong communication, time management, and interpersonal skills.
• Basic project management skills
• Experience with BI reporting, data analytics software a plus.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms is a big plus (AWS, Azure, GCP, OCI etc)
• Any cloud certification with AWS, Azure, or GCP is desirable.
• Ability to travel up to 30% of the time. (Fully remote during COVID)
