What you’ll be doing…

As Senior Business Systems Analyst, you will be responsible for creating and delivering value by automating and supporting the business applications that support our explosive business growth. The main responsibility of this position is to partner directly with our Sales and Marketing business users to understand existing processes and new business requirements, and help them automate the processes on the platform. The primary applications you will be working with are and Dell Boomi. This is a challenging role, and you will get to automate key business processes that will ensure meet our aggressive business growth. You will be part of the business applications team that will make sure to build the business applications infrastructure for internal users, customers, partners and prospects. 

What you've done...

  • Meet with business leaders, decision makers, systems owners, and end users to define business requirements, and systems goals
  • Facilitate discussions among business owners to understand problem statements and gather requirements
  • Implement the new business processes and improve the existing ones
  • Lead, deliver, and support small to mid-size projects specifically on platform
  • Build new integrations and update existing integrations by leveraging Dell Boomi’s platform
  • Interact with cross functional business units to define requirements and understand the systems downstream changes
  • Develop the functional and high level technical design document for new business requirements and deliver to our internal development group or vendor consultants
  • Be proactive in responding business users questions or issues
  • Negotiate priorities and set the right expectations of your deliverables with business users
  • Document business process flows and requirements
  • Work closely with business cross-functional team to understand their processes
  • Work closely with Architect and Salesforce development team to define and implement the solutions as part of sprint delivery cycles
  • Make configuration enhancements on Salesforce platform per business requirements
  • Assist in creating reports and dashboard for business users
  • Identify test criteria and test new functionality/enhancements
  • Provide training to end users

Who you are...

  • 5 years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst with minimum 2 year experience as a administrator
  • 5 years of diversified IT experience in complete software development life cycle process including System Analysis, Design, Development, Testing, Implementation and Documentation
  • 3 years of experience working on integration with Salesforce using Dell Boomi or similar platform
  • Nice to have experience with:
    • Apttus Quote-to-Cash
    • Salesforce Certifications
    • Experience on data analysis
    • Domo or Tableau analytics
  • Strong Knowledge of:
    • CRM software solutions and releases
    • Integration through Dell Boomi or similar platform
    • System and software quality assurance best practices and methodologies
    • Order management and partner relationship management processes
  • Flexible and adaptable in regards to learning and understanding new technologies
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Proven problem-solving, analytical and investigative skills
  • Ability to conduct research into software-related issues and products
  • Highly self-motivated and directed by being a great team player
  • Keen attention to details
  • Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment
  • Degree in MIS or relevant business experience
