Works in a staff capacity to handle the administrative activities of a department. Develops information on such items as budget status, workforce levels, equipment and facility availability and various other organization capabilities. Identifies issues that could affect organization effectiveness. Develops conclusions and recommendations for solutions to chronic problems. Confers with personnel at all levels within the company and with external customers and suppliers to identify and resolve issues.
Skills & Experience
-Minimum 5-7 years experience analyzing data and generating reports within an Aerospace, Manufacturing or Logistics environment.
-Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Business Management, Organizational Management or other similar course of study.
-Highly knowledgeable in MS Office, specifically Excel and PowerPoint.
-A proven ability to multi-task and prioritize work in a dynamic, ever-changing environment.
-Ability to communicate effectively and present data in a clear and concise manner to executive leadership teams, while also working cross-functionally with various internal business units.
-Critical thinking/problem solving skills as well as the ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines.
-Masters degree in Business or other relevant graduate degree
-Experience with CribMaster Inventory Software
-A familiarity with FAA regulations
