The Senior Recruiter will be based in Saint Louis, Missouri at our corporate headquarters and will report into the Talent Acquisition Manager. This individual will be responsible for full life-cycle recruiting and will manage a variety of requisitions that may include technology, sales, marketing, client services, clinical, finance and business operations. This position will be part of a talent acquisition team that supports both the Lumeris and Essence Healthcare operations.Job Description:
Applies an in-depth understanding of the business environment, industry strategies, organizational structures and compensation practices.
Consults with hiring managers on recruitment and interview process, current and future openings, workforce planning and the future state of the organization.
Creates new passive recruitment strategies to attract and retains high-quality diverse candidates. Identifies, develops and executes effective passive sourcing options.
Creates and leads special talent acquisition projects and initiatives that affect a function or the enterprise.
Develops and manages relationships with external parties to build a high quality and diverse candidate pool.
Engages in timely and appropriate communications with all candidates, hiring managers, vendors, generalists and other stakeholders.
Manages the full-cycle recruiting process across multiple functional groups or business units.
Proactively utilizes effective passive sourcing strategies in an effort to plan for future openings. Continuously builds and sustains a high quality diverse pipeline of director and manager
Skilled at partnering with the business in creating effective sourcing, assessment, and closing approaches with an ability to manage customer/partner expectations.
Provide market intelligence to business partners
Structured communication plan for both candidates, peers and hiring managers.
Significant experience sourcing hard to fill positions without the use of agencies.
Clear written and spoken communication is mandatory with experience in negotiation, advising and influencing executive leadership.
Proven ability to keep up with a fast-paced environment. Resilience under pressure. Polite push-back when required.
Ready to collaborate and bring ideas to the attention of the whole team. Confident when working autonomously.
Bachelor's degree and 5 years of related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience
Work experience as an In-house Recruiter
Familiarity with full cycle recruitment
Hands-on experience with recruitment software and Applicant Tracking Systems
Strong interviewing skills and familiarity with various interview techniques (e.g., video or panel interviews)
Experience with social media recruiting
Understanding of HR practices and labor legislation
Exceptional communication skills
