Due to our hyper-growth in building a game changing product, we are seeking a technical sourcer/recruiter to join our Talent Acquisition team. This role requires experience in working with hiring managers to identify and engage key talent for senior IT roles as well as software development talent in cloud applications, machine learning, data analytics, data science, front end, backend and massive scale data ingestion technology.
You be responsible for identifying, engaging and submitting passive candidates to the hiring manager. You will partner with your in house recruiting leads and hiring managers to ensure all assigned roles have a steady flow of high quality candidates and you will be fully engaged with candidates up to the point they are submitted to a manager.
