Job Title: Sr. Tech Infrastructure Support

Duration: 24 Months Contract


Client is the master planning, creative development, design, engineering, production, project management, and research arm of The client's business segment.

Base Qualifications

  • Demonstrable technical writing, documentation, and communication skills
  • Familiarity with Software deployment tools (e.g. BigFix, Rez, SCCM and etc.)
  • Technical Knowledge of multiple operating systems (e.g. ios, Linux and windows)


  • Cross-platform libraries; e.g. Qt/PyQt/Boost/Poco
  • Windows API
  • LDAP/Active Directory
  • High performance computing
  • Cloud and virtualization technologies
  • High availability ? hardware and software clustering
  • Statistical + data analytics
  • Network and software security


  • Desktop Support for a team of about 30+ software developers
  • Abstract software and hardware purchase and approval processes and provide a single, convenient point of contact for hardware and software needs
  • Abstract other related technology policies and processes
  • Work to automate and streamline those processes where possible
  • Desktop Support specific to project tech stacks, including, TwinCAT, Windows, Linux, C/C++, C#, Python, JavaScript (node.js and react.js)
  • Manage Project Hardware Inventory (including taking stock of existing hardware, decommissioning hardware, rebuilding and combining existing hardware)
  • Manage software inventory (including optimizing license purchases and updates to existing software licenses and versions)
  • Building development workstations using both standard PC and Mac options as well as Beckhoff Industrial PCs and other automation control hardware

Required Education:Bachelordegree in computer science, computer engineering, or equivalent experience. Advanced degrees
