Qualifications 1.Ideal candidate has minimum 6+ years of experience in the implementation and support of Radiology or clinical ancillary systems, including project management and SDLC, with emphasis on complex testing and issues management. 2.Candidate should have experience as an analyst for a Radiology solution. 3.Clinical background and experience desirable 4.Candidate must have strong project management and organizational skills 5.Candidate must have strong analytical, problem solving, and prioritization skills 6.Candidate must have excellent communication and follow-up skills (both written and verbal communications) 7.Bachelor’s degree preferred; equivalent work experience accepted 8.Epic Cupid or Radiant certification is a plus 9.Other Epic certifications or non-Epic clinical ancillary solutions knowledge a plus

Responsibilities
Serves as a senior team member for the system implementation and support of Epic Radiant Radiology Candidate will be required to attend Epic Certification classes and pass Epic certification process Develops and implements the validation sessions for the current and future state analysis and documentation Develops and maintains all project documentation being: project work plan, issue log, current and future state design documents, test scripts and testing results Supports and Maintains Third Party Radiology Applications such as Fuji Synapse Maintains on-going system support which includes upgrades and implementing additional functionality of the Epic System Serve as primary support contact and coordinates issue resolution for Radiology and the Epic Radiant solution Perform in-depth analysis of workflows, data collection, report details, and other technical issues associated with the software Provides production on-call support
