IAI is seeking a SETA (Systems Engineering and Technical Assistance) to support one of our IC customers in Maryland. 

Position qualifications: 


  • Familiarity with or ability to become familiar with enterprise IT systems and technologies including

  • Encryption of data at rest and data in transit

  • Cisco routers, switches, and fabric extender (FEX) architecture

  • NetApp clustered storage arrays/Network Attached Storage (NAS)

  • Linux based systems

  • virtual server technology (VMware ESXi/vCenter, IBM BladeCenter)

  • IT core (DNS, Active Directory)

  • familiarity with signal processing systems

Project management 

  • Creating/maintaining integrated masterschedule

  • Coordinating technical projects across multiple customer offices and divisions

  • sSheduling and running/facilitating meetings for requirements reviews, technical design reviews, and installation reviews

  • Logistical coordination

  • Drafting test procedures, standard operating procedures, service level agreements, operational level agreements, concept of operations

  • Reviewing technical requirements (IT systems) and IT rack elevations and layouts

  • Support to customer technical presentations and preparation of briefing materials

  • Functional testing of IT and signal processing systems

Desired Qualifications:

  • Microsoft SharePoint (creating/updating web pages)

  • Microsoft Project

  • PuTTY/SSH clients

  • Little to no travelrequired


Security Requirements:  Must have a TS/SCI with polygraph clearance
