Perform tasks in all phases of software life cycle including requirements definition, algorithmic design, software design, integration and verification. Develop inertial sensor calibration, fusion and motion tracking algorithms in Matlab and C. Engage in fixed point implementation of algorithms; perform algorithm modifications to include fixed-point and DSP constraints without affecting algorithm performance.
Requires Master’s in CS, EE or related, plus 3years of experience in occupations in software algorithms.
Education and experience background must include:
1) C/C++, embedded programming, Assembly, Matlab
2) one or more of: kinematics, robotics, control systems, signal processing (DSP)
