As a Senior Specialist, Systems Engineer, you will be responsible for contributing to a Systems Engineering team in design, development, implementation, testing and analysis of Signal Processing/Radar/Optical systems sensors products and systems to support the vital missions of our warfighters. This position supports the Space & Airborne Systems (SAS) division, a great team of talented professionals with world class technical expertise who take a collaborative approach to engineering and enjoy working together. Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in STEM and minimum 6 years of prior relevant experience. Graduate Degree and a minimum of 4 years of prior related experience.
• Active Top Secret DoD Security Clearance
• 2 years MBSE modeling experience
• 3 years SE experience withs a Systems Development Lifecycle
• 2 years experience with Agile development process

• Strong written skills
• Good communicator/interpersonal skills
• DoD project delivery experience
• Familiarity with CONOPS and Opscon documentation
• Ability to get Security + certification within 6 months of start
• Ability to gain DoD TS/SCI Clearance
• Graduate STEM degree

• OMG MBSE Certification.
