  • Work with a cross-functional team including Garment Sourcing, Product Development, Merchants and Planning to turn ideas into the merchandise our guests love
  • Partner with our global teams and fabric suppliers to deliver high-quality, trend-right merchandise at a great value for our guests
  • Use your experience and expertise to develop sourcing strategies to support optimal value, speed, and flexibility that deliver financial objectives
  • Build strategic negotiation plans and utilize costing and business expertise to negotiate optimal cost and multivariable outcomes
  • Develop a matrix and cultivate relationships to support our Owned Brand Sustainability Roadmap


  • 4-yeardegree

  • Five+ years product development/sourcing/fabric development experience

  • Demonstrated leadership skills

  • Ability to think strategically and conceptually

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Strong negotiation and vendor management skills

  • Strong analytical and financial skills

  • Experience in performance/activewear
