Develop and execute the indirect sales strategy with Partners in the assigned territory  
Develop Partners to be autonomous selling DS Solutions in the assigned territory
 What will your role be?
 Drive the transformation to achieve the Mid Term Growth Plan
Establish trusted relationships with assigned Partners and act as their DS focal point 2018 Referential (LEVERAGE Process) = Accountable for Sales Accepted Leads
 Challenges Ahead
 Assist the Partners in improving their business operations model
Drive with Partners their strategic sales program based on the “what to sell” Provide support to extend DS footprint, upsell and cross-sell  
Engage in key opportunities with the Partner
Identify key customers to address them through an adapted strategic sales plans
Define challenging Customer Coverage target and corresponding actions to be implemented
Develop action plans with Partners to deploy new, customer-focused DS solutions
Ensure to launch transition plan for new releases
Support Partners in managing sales and technical capacity and accurate skills Follow up on the topic and review Partner commitment on a regularly fixed meetings
Coach Partners through all the LEVERAGE cycle from demand creation, Value Experience Roadmap definition to closing.
Build to ensure sales pipeline on 3 rolling quarters
Support Partner in co-marketing activities, motivate all kind of marketing activities needed to build appropriate pipeline
Manage Dassault Systèmes Sales Partners contract (negotiation & closing), accreditation and renewal validation
Key Success Factors
Bachelor Degree in Business, Technology or equivalent,
7+ years’ experience in Technology Solutions Sales with strong knowledge of the Dassault Systèmes solutions
Sales experience selling software technology products through reseller channel sales environments industry
