Join Carbon Health’s dynamic and talented engineering organization! Our engineering team provides the Carbon Health modern tech-enable health care platform that combines technology with inviting healthcare clinics designed from the ground up putting patient care first.
In this role, you will partner with product, design, operations, and clinical teams to build a world class customer support and operations infrastructure. As a healthcare provider focused on healthcare accessibility, Carbon support team members are often helping patients who are ailing, old, or not technology forward. Our tools need to give our support teams leverage to efficiently provide help to larger and larger numbers of patients and providers. In addition, your team will be responsible for building tooling for non-clinical operational teams including front desk staff, event teams, and more. Problem areas include:
Consumer Billing: creating a seamless and transparent billing experience for our patients, from the time of booking to insurance processing to payment collection.
Enterprise Billing: building a highly reliable and efficient billing infrastructure for our fastest growing business unit growing to a multi million dollar business in 8 months.
Billing API: packaging our world-class billing product suite and making available to healthcare developers.
Lab Integrations: architecting a scalable integration framework that allows us to onboard new diagnostic partners quickly and with ease.
Prescriptions: allowing patients to fill their desired prescriptions and get them delivered all within the Carbon Health application.
Moonshots: aspiring to fundamentally change patient healthcare experience.
