Create and defend feature design and assist/guide team in its implementation.

Bachelor's degree in computer science, IS, engineering, or related technical field plus 60 months of experience (or Master's plus 36 months) in all of the following: application development; with COBOL, Assembler, C and SAS; practical use of technical system analysis and design; and constructing functional and technical documentation for defined projects. Also requires: 24 months working withfinancial transaction data; 24 months programming in distributive systems; 24 months using SQL to retrieve data and IBM utilities to load transactions to the DB2 database; knowledge of IBM's DB2 database system; ability to use 3rd party tool in area of expertise and add extensions to 3rd party code; and ability to refactor at a component level.
