Essential ResponsibilitiesAs a member of our growing software infrastructure (aka DevOps) team, you would contribute towards implementing and supporting, deploying, delivery and monitoring of key operational release activities. Key responsibilities include:In the role of Sr. Software Engineer, you will:

  • Deploy, automate and maintain our TFS and VSTS build and releaseprocesses
  • Build, release and configuration management of pre-production systems
  • Suggest design and architectural improvements and recommending improvements to existing process
  • Review and evaluate new tools and technology options, including driving improvements around build and release using TFS and VSTS 2015 or later versions

Role Summary/PurposeDrives increased efficiency across our software Scrum teams through enhancements to our build and release solutions for our DevOps team. He/she would leverage build promotion and release strategies while supporting tools for automated and manual testing at scale. They will leverage product and technology reuse at a release level across products.


  • Bachelor’s Degree in a STEM field (Science, Technology, Engineering, Math) from an accredited college or university
  • Minimum 5 years of software experience
  • Minimum 2 years in release and build engineering using tools such as TFS and VSTS 2015 or later

Eligibility Requirements

  • Travel 10% of the time, as required
  • Legal authorization to work in the U.S. is required
  • Must be willing to work out of an office located in Minden, NV

Desired CharacteristicsTechnical Expertise:

  • Experience in languages such as C++, C#, Java, XAML, HTML5
  • Working knowledge of relational databases
  • Working knowledge of object-oriented programming
  • Minimum 5 years of software development or equivalent
  • Excellent knowledge or highly passionate to learn configuration management, build and integration tools (TFS / VSTS)
  • Good understanding or passionate to learn build and release process – CI / CD pipeline and associated tools
  • Familiar with Agile concepts, preferably Scrum
