About the Position:
The SBM is a highly experienced Services Sales professional and is responsible for driving the strategic sale and engagement of services within our key accounts/verticals. The SBM’s develop and design the service support strategy and business models in conjunction with sales revenue and P & L goals for new and existing customers.
Responsibilities:
Partners with field sales in driving attainment of assigned team quota.
Uses professional concepts and exercises judgment in creating field sales service support materials for key customer meetings.
Assists in problem solving on sales support and provides input on service trends and required courses of action.
Analyses customer IB data and new HW proposals and recommend, develop service programs supporting business objectives while aligning organizational competencies and strategies.
Oversees and manages current service business database information on all field sales business opportunities.
Attends regular status-update field sales team meetings to ensure service business information is received or disseminated on a timely basis.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Advanced PowerPoint, communications, Excel, and financial modeling skills
Minimum Qualifications:
10+ years related service business experience for a network company.
3+ years Customer Service experience providing service business support as part of a sales team for an IP Network company preferred.
Preferred Qualifications:
Strong attention to detail with demonstrated ability to organize and work on multiple projects.
Direct experience designing large scale customer & partner businesses models
Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively on multi-disciplinary teams.
Advanced professional influencing and leadership skills to positively influence customer senior management to purchase Juniper products and services.
