  • Solid knowledge and business use of from an Administrative perspective in order to aid management of the CRM. Including but not limited to report creation, dashboard maintenance, adding new users, page layouts, permission sets, process builders, updatingtemplates as well as other various ad hoc requests
  • Manage the key milestones and deliverables associated with strategic projects within an on-shore and off-shore delivery model by collaborate with senior management to translate short and long term business needs into solutions that scale in a high-growth environment
  • Obtain a full understanding of our business and product suite to provide ideas and insights in order to optimize processes and procedures by identifying operational inconsistencies and bottlenecks throughout all business units
  • Document, develop requirements and responsible for collaboration with sales systems and IT team, for implementing all changes and processesrequired for both current and future system changes/enhancements
  • Research any issues that arise within SFDC; including but not limited to Workflows, Process Builders, Region and Sub-Region automation and create documentation outlining the solution those identified issues
  • Have a broad understanding of systems, tools and applications that integrate with including; Callidus, NetSuite, Clearslide, etc.
  • Research identified systems and tools, work with vendors to demo their products, negotiate initial pricing, and present business case to management
  • Manage products, product codes, alignment and pricing in SFDC; create price books for distribution to internal teams and channel partners
  • Coordinate with suppliers and internal teams on integrations to other systems from/to Salesforce

Background & Experience:

  • 7+ years of sales systems management experience specifically sales force platform
  • Experienced professional owning business responsibility of sales force platform and tools
  • Extensive business implementation of various plans, reporting dash boards, develop requirements for various business tools integrations
  • Experience with deep understanding of IT Applications and Technology
  • Balance of strong business process knowledge and experience implementing mix of custom and package software to meet business needs
  • Strong Program/Project Management Skills - Demonstrated success in large project implementations. Strong problem solving and analytical capabilities
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Very strong collaboration, negotiation, and influence capability required
