The Sr. Associate, Technology Sales is responsible for attracting and retaining First National Technology Solutions clients. This role is accountable for managing the sales cycle with prospects and organizing sales engineer resources as necessary. This role involves developing and implementing an account penetration and management plan and is responsible for new prospect proposals and delivery and closing business. Additionally, the role is responsible for maintaining relationships with business partners.

Senior Sales Executives are responsible for attracting new business, focused on selling a wide-range of technology services across verticals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Close new business as outlined in assigned quotas
  • Develop and manage a sales pipeline by prospecting, networking, research and other methods
  • Develop and implement account penetration plans
  • Ensure and maintain a quality perception of FNTS in the marketplace
  • Learn technical solutions and be able to articulate benefits of solutions to prospective clients.
  • Maintain relationships with business partners and IT organizations
  • Exhibit professional behavior and promote positive working relationship
  • Understand the healthcare sector and its associated technologies, regulations, methodologies, terms, etc.
  • Sell to executive leadership with comfort and confidence


  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
  • Minimum of 5 years of Sales Experience, with demonstrated experience implementing sales plans
  • Experience selling technology like IaaS, PaaS, Managed Services and Public Cloud services
  • Knowledge and understanding of products offered by FNTS
  • Good computer skills with word processing, spreadsheets and contact management software
  • Experience with SalesForce
