Motorola Solutions is looking for an experienced Sales Executive to join our newly launched Private LTE sales solutions team.
The ideal candidate is motivated and has experience selling wireless technology. This person will work closely with partners and Motorola Solutions affiliated companies to close the gap in mobile and network B2B solutions.
We are looking for a mobile wireless (LTE, 5G, WiFi, CBRS, etc.) technology specialist with consulting and sales experience in the areas of strategic planning, solution development, technical business enablement and process management to join our dynamic and fast-growing team.
He/she will also be responsible for the management of sales support materials and building relationships with clients. The ideal candidate for this position possesses a business-mindset with a strong technical acumen.
Ability to generate new solution sales by working closely with other parts of the Motorola Solutions family
Generate new sales opportunities for the team while fostering a trusting relationship with customers and delivering business value.
Apply wireless telecommunications technologies, especially 4G LTE / Private LTE / 5G CBRS, and their use for broadband data, video solutions, Internet of Things (IoT), secure cloud connection, and world class voice communications.
Work cross-functionally across engineering, operations, and internal and external business partners to deliver highly scalable and reliable customer experience services and products.
Research, understand and analyze the current market trends in wireless telecommunications products and services and network-enable IT products and services including market segmentation analysis.
Strong relationship development and management skills
Ability to quickly learn new key characteristics of products/solutions and communicate the value of those solutions to customers
Excellent negotiation and presentation skills with proven sales success
Radio Communications and basic understanding of Enterprise Software Solution sales experience a plus
Knowledge of wireless technologies, products and services is required.
Relevant work experience in the areas of wireless telecommunications employed by telecommunications service providers or equipment manufacturers is highly desirable.
Technical expertise and experience in LTE, 5G, WiFi, and CBRS.
Front Line sales experience; salesforce.com experience preferred
Account management and /or technical business consulting experience is highly preferred.
5+ years of experience in sales, technical consulting, and solutions development
