Principal Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Learn the technical details concerning how our display products, including DXD work and what problems it solves for our customers.
  • Participate in the development new sales and marketing strategies that target customers and position our products as the best solution for prospective customers.
  • Interface with OEMs and Channel partners on Detector status issues. Be proactive to ensure satisfaction.
  • Provide pre-sales technical assistance and product education.
  • Establish new accounts by identifying potential customers; planning and organizing sales call schedule.
  • Manage customer relations by soliciting and logging client feedback and evaluating the data we receive through digital channels.
  • Gather and interpret customer requirements. Determine the best solution working with the R&D Department and Product Line Manager.
  • Identify areas where we can improve customer satisfaction and repeat business, then communicate those issues and possible solutions to upper management.
  • Position may require 50% - 90% travel in region. (North America)
  • Attend and participate in all required meetings and training sessions.
  • Be familiar with connectivity including inputs/outputs in relation to our products and be able to troubleshoot with customers as needed.

Job Requirements:

  • BA/BSc degree required, Degree in Engineering or related pre-sales experience a plus
  • 10+ years experience in radiography X-ray equipment or Digital X-Ray Detector Field Services experience
  • Excellent relationship management and presentation skills
  • Proven leadership and idea selling skills
  • Excellent communication and account management skills
  • Familiarity with project management solutions a plus
  • Technical curiosity and a natural flair for technical applications a plus
  • Ability to break down technical concepts into more 'user friendly' terminology
  • Knowledge of customer service principles and techniques with the ability to analyze and interpret customer requirements, identify issues and problems, and offer appropriate action plans towards resolution.
  • Excellent understanding for FDA and state regulation, in regard with medical products.
  • Experience with X-ray devise or components are required.
  • 50- 80% travel via , including North America, and occasionally Global travel
