Job Description Summary:
DataStax, the leader in data management for cloud applications, is seeking a talented Senior SalesCommissions/Compensation Analyst to join our DataStaxteam.
As a Senior Sales Commissions/Compensation Analyst, you will be responsible for managing the monthly sales compensation process, which includes individual Sales Compensation Plandistribution, administration of sales data for crediting and commissions in Xactly Incent and providing monthly accruals and commission payroll information to Accounting. In addition, this role will be the administrator of the Xactly Incent system. This will be a highly visible role and will work closely with cross-functional teams, such as HR, Finance, Sales Operations, Sales Management, and IT.

Essential Job Functions:
Ensure accurate and timely distribution of individual sales compensation documents to a WW Sales organization
Act as the system administrator and corporate expert for Xactly Incent
Set up and maintain all plan participants, including new hires, terminations, and in-year and/or year-over-year changes
Administer all sales variable payments, including commissions, draws, MBOs, and SPIFFs
Perform monthly audits and review of data to ensure crediting and commission accuracy
Provide Sales Compensation Plan overview and Xactly Incent training to new hires
Reconcile SFDC Commissions Report with FP&A Bookings and Xactly
Meet month-end close deadlines and deliver monthly accruals and commission payroll to Accounting
Resolve sales inquiries in a timely and accurate manner. Partner with Sales Management, Sales Ops, HR and/or Finance to resolve issues, as necessary.
Proactively recommend process improvements and collaborate cross-functionally as required to drive enhancements
Provide commission analysis, reporting and support as required
Assist management with Annual Design & Planning
Drive system design and configuration changes for Sales Comp Plan changes
Work with internal/external auditors on commission audits
Minimum of 5+ years related experience, preferably in a SaaS environment
BA/BS degree or equivalent in Finance or related field
Highly proficient with Microsoft Office and with Google Suite
Experience with Xactly or equivalent SPM software a must; administration experiencepreferred.
Working knowledge of SFDC
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
Ability to manage multiple priorities and tasks in parallel
Excellent communication skills
