The Company is seeking a self-driven, motivated individual, passionate about robotics. Together, our daily challenge will be, to develop leading edge, robust, robotic strategies that meet and exceed the performance requirements of our customers and constantly evolve to incorporate emerging and disruptive technologies that define our place as an industry leader.


          • Lead and Direct a team of Robotic Engineers in their daily tasks:

o Perform robot simulations, research, analysis and evaluations of robotic systems or prototypes

o Design, configure, test, integrate and debug automated robotic systems Program industrial robots in their native software platforms

Develop robot programs that control robotic systems and interface with other equipment

Develop and teach optimal robot points, paths and teach methodology

Document robotic application development and associated calibration and setup routines

Write algorithms or programming code for ad hoc robotic applications

o Collaborate with project team members during the system design and build process

Advise project teams on optimal robotic application layout and gripper designs

Assist other members of the engineering team in generating manuals and procedures

o Train customers on specific applications

o Serve as a technical support for deployed robotic systems

• As a subject matter expert, train other members of the engineering team to increase the overall skill level of the group

• Develop Robotic team and company standards to increase overall team and company efficiencies in robotic deployments

• Consult/contribute to development of company standard products


• Demonstrated ability to lead diverse cross functional technical teams

• Demonstrated track record of successes in the field of Robotics

• High degree of mechanical aptitude, spatial reasoning and kinematic visualization

• You are proficient at articulating your great ideas verbally and in written form

• Bachelor of Science degree in ElectricalEngineering, Computer Engineering, ElectricalEngineeringTechnology, or Electro-Mechanical EngineeringTechnology, Robotics, and/or otherdegrees/demonstrated industry experience

• Proven experience with Epson, Fanuc, ABB, Denso, Staubli, KUKA, Mitsubishi or otherindustrial robotic platforms

• Experience integrating robotic systems with a wide variety of peripheral devices/equipment
