Sr Regional Marketing Manager



The Responsibilities:

  • Brand advocate for the region. Expertise on markets of importance in the region (travel required).
  • Support the Sr. Marketing Manager of the region to drive creation of the regional strategy that aligns and delivers on corporate objectives and ensure execution with excellence
  • Function as the point-of-contact to many cross-functional teams in the region (Sales: area marketing directors, account managers, events managers, multi-store owners & store managers) and at corporate headquarters (advertising, web/direct channels, public relations, merchandising, events, social)
  • Prepare leadership reports on all on-going marketing efforts in the region
  • Research, analysis & insights on what works in a given market (brand awareness, customer perception, traffic & sales results)
  • Utilize T-Mobile performance dashboards, programs such as Tableau and custom Excel databases to uncover opportunities and assess effectiveness of programs
  • Comfortable navigating and applying data such as market demographics, advertising effectiveness, industry trends, sales analysis to inform plans
  • Proactively provide ideas and feedback to the Sr. Marketing Manager in order to grow the business from a grass roots approach by maximizing local market knowledge and competitive advantages

The Job Requirements
· Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
· Master’s Degree preferred

· 7-10+ years of marketing experience, preferably in B2C technology markets, with progressive growth and demonstrable experience in implementing successful field marketing plans
· Deep understanding of modern demand generation activities and channels (including segment marketing, demand creation, event management, campaign execution, social media, display advertising, etc.) and experience with the modern marketing technology stack
· Strong analytical skills and experience in analyzing the effectiveness of marketing programs on key metrics (ROI, customer acquisition and retention, etc.)
· Proven business judgement, communication and presentation skills, with the ability to frame problems and effectively communicate with both executive and peer audiences
· Ability to manage multiple priorities in fast-paced environment, work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, and ensure high quality deliverables with high attention to detail
· Proven capabilities: effectively manage change; influence without direct authority; operate with transparency and humility; strong learning agility that cultivates and enables breakthrough thinking to drive growth
