Sage Intacct is looking for a Sr. Quality Assurance Engineer experienced with testing web and CRM applications designed for customers, partners and business users. This is an exciting opportunity to join a rapidly growing organization and to get involved in all aspects of the development life cycle for internal business systems. The primary application you'll be testing is and applications developed on the platform. The position requires close collaboration with business analysts, development and the lines of business.


  • Design, create and maintain test plans and test cases for business systems tools and processes
  • Perform extensive functionality, integration, regression, interoperability and end-to-end system testing independently and with team assistance
  • Testing applications, code and processes based on primarily within Scom
  • Work closely with development and business teams to ensure that the highest quality software is deployed in accordance with delivery timelines
  • Troubleshoot, analyze, and isolate defects and report them to a bug tracking database
  • Communicate technical concepts/issues clearly to colleagues and review documents for technical content and accuracy
  • Plan out and deploy software build and test infrastructures


  • Experience in automation, black box testing, web app testing, regression testing, test plan generation, documentation, problem solving/analysis, troubleshooting complex issues, and bug/defect tracking and reporting
  • Extensive experience working on Salesforce applications (Minimum 4 years)
  • Candidate should be: a team player, self-motivated, eager to learn, result oriented, able to work independently when needed, have a strong attention to detail and be able tothink creatively
  • Must have experience with documenting test plans, test cases, bug reports, and status reports
  • Experience in XML/REST APIs
  • Be the customer's advocate in matters of quality and the user experience
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • BS or MS in CS / EE / CE / SE or equivalent related work experience
  • Salesforce Developer Certification preferred
