Job Summary:


The Senior Provider Services Liaison, with the support and guidance of the Senior Director of Account Management is responsible for delivery of services in support of attaining specific outcomes as dictated by Sharecare product design and contractual obligations. Specific services are in support of activities which include supporting the provider network to achieve optimal, cost-effective total health care management for the population of Well-Being members.  The Senior Provider Services Liaison may also host health educational training and learning activities, support benefit and health fairs and be responsible for supporting and promoting personal health risk telephonic coaching, online coaching, Well-Being Assessment and biometric screening events for plan members.

Position is also responsible for driving education, participation and sustained engagement across the client population in the well-being improvement program. S/he works closely with the Sharecare Account Manager and onsite Wellness Director and the client's Plan Administration team to engage Plan participants and their families for the purpose of inspiring sustained program participation and behavior change. Responsibilities include understanding Plan participant needs, contract obligations, and developing a program plan that includes the scheduling of programming, well-being assessments, well-being improvement activities and events that support the areas of greatest well-being need. As an onsite member of the Sharecare account team, s/he will partner and interact with client Plan Administrators, Human Resource Representatives, Employer Representatives, and other onsite personnel to ensure customer satisfaction and provide additional client reporting and education.

 The successful candidate will have outstanding customer services skills, the ability to examine, evaluate, and discuss the effectiveness of the programs in relation to patient care. This colleague must have an instinctive ability to anticipate team and customer needs, be passionate about quality of work, and diligent about performance monitoring. The candidate will understand and have a commitment to the philosophy, mission, values and vision of Sharecare. The individual will be able to demonstrate these values with his/her leadership practices. Strong analytical and decision-making skills, along with considerable tact and diplomacy, are all extremely important.

Essential Functions:

• Conduct Provider visits to educate and gain support for patient (beneficiary) consent

• Conduct Provider Grouping presentation to educate groups of providers on the program and gain support

• Conduct onsite presentations to educate members on the program and work toward fulfillment of performance goals of contract
• Develop and maintain successful relationships with both internal and external stakeholders
• Provide expert clinical consultative support to provider network, in the form of best practice guidelines, education tools, outcome reports, and practice assessments, resulting in action plans that optimize outcomes and ensure value proposition
• Serve as professional liaison between all external customers (i.e. government employer, physicians, health plan representatives, home health services, etc.) and the Sharecare Account team.
• Identifying opportunities to improve on standards or guidelines of care in the clinical setting and collaborating with stakeholders in achieving positive clinical outcomes.


 Current RN licensure in the State of GA required 

  • Bachelor’s degree required, Master's degree preferred. Health-related professional certification is a plus

  • 5 yrs. experience in acute care, home health, physician office management, managed care, provider relations, or pharmaceutical sales required

  • Demonstrates experience in application of business principles to clinical practice

  • Experience - 2 years’ minimum client facing experience in health and wellness promotions

  • Strong understanding of health behavior change theory

  • One-on-one coaching/education

  • Has valid driver’s license and driving record showing no restrictions that would impede ability to travel by automobile

  • Travel Requirements 40-50% throughout the State of GA

  • Demonstrates computer competencies to include word processing, Excel spreadsheet, presentation preparation, and extensive data base management

  • Strong program planning and marketing skills

  • Ability to engage and motivate groups and individuals

  • Influence worksite culture of well-being

  • Ability to manage multi-site wellness campaigns
