Duties And Responsibilities :

Work with Sales and Engineering management and resources to communicate all information related to project
Coordinate with Sales to ensure product is delivered and available prior to the start of the engagement
Work closely with the Response Center for resource assignment and engagement 
Create and review in detail all cost models for assigned projects
Participate in all meetings related to assigned projects (i.e. customer, vendors, sales, technical resources)
Responsible for creating project timeline
Work with existing systems to register, track and close projects
Ensure customer satisfaction by responding to calls, email, and/or voicemail in a timely, accurate, and professional manner
Work with project designates to address root cause analysis and problem escalation issues as required
Ensures all documentation complies with corporate standards
Achieves operational objectives by contributing information and recommendations to strategic plans to further develop billables of the PMO
Ensure profitability levels for the assigned  project  as defined by TIG corporate services management
Responsible for change control, addendums to contracts and scopes
Ensures client signs off acceptance after completion of the project
Works with the Service Operations to ensure project billing accuracy
Leads PMO to facilitate meetings in order track post mortem analyses and track relevant reporting information for improvement
work closely with practices to increase efficiency and engagement improvement of future practice deployments
continually identifies risk/quality issues among ALL deployments/service engagements for resolution management
Manages all documentation for best practice repository, audit purposes and learning
Identifies and manages all project issues for all project coordinators, acting as escalation manager
Work closely with engineering management to resolve engineering issues within time management and human resource management
Responsible for QA/QC within the PMO

Years Of Experience:

Minimum 6 years’ experience in customer relations
Minimum 6 years’ experience in IT project management
Minimum 1 year experience of TIG operations

Knowledge Training And Certifications:

PMP certification preferred
Various vendor certifications
High School Degree/GED required; College degree preferred
Valid driver’s license (if applicable to position)
