Project Management within our Professional Services department is responsible for coordinating the delivery of professional services solutions to customers.
- Responsible for coordinating the delivery of professional services solutions to customers.
- Manages the delivery of multiple project initiatives including project planning, task allocation and prioritization and delivery in line with the client’s expectations and business needs.
- Ensures ongoing process/system capabilities associated with integrated deliverables and manages any changes or enhancements required to meet or exceed the expectations established during initial project design.
- Works with consultants, analysts, specialists and sub-contractors.
- 5 years experience in Information Technology project management
- Bachelor’s degree or 7+ years of project management experience
- Experience with process improvement or service delivery
- PMP Certification
