Sr Project Manager

GILBANE has an opportunity for a Senior Project Manager to support our work in Providence, RI.

Do you consider yourself to be a highly technical, strong communicator with the desire to work in a team environment on complex projectGilbane is seeking a Senior Project Manager to be responsible for the overall direction, completion, and financial outcome of a construction-management project; as well as mentoring multiple Project Managers and Engineers. This role will sit primarily on the job site, with occasional travel to the office for trainings, meetings, etc.

Responsibilities

• Direct and supervise work of project administration, project superintendents, and engineers to establish operational priorities
• Produce all elements of project execution plan and implement
• Provide jobsite leadership in the area of safety and quality
• Mai, unions, etc.

Qualifications

EXPERIENCE/EDUCATION

• BS OR MS degree in Engineering or Construction Management
• 10-15 years in the lead role on projects valued at $50-100 million or larger
• Or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Prior K-12 public school experience is preferred

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES

• Strong technical and communication skills are critical
• Ability to work in a team environment
• Knowledge of Procore, Microsoft Office (preferred)

Salary to be determined by the education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities of the applicaquity, and alignment with market data.

For Rhode Island this ranges from $131,900.00-$181,400.00 plus benefits and retirement program.
