The Sr. Program Manager is accountable for leading the successful delivery of a program or project according to the scope and objectives documented in an approved, signed statement of work.  The Sr. Program Managerserves as a strategic partner to clients, effectively coordinating client and company communications while managing expectations, project scope, methodology and approach, timelines, risks and resources.

The Sr. Program Manager's ability to seek novel solutions contributes to the success of our clients enabling them to meet their talent management goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Overall Project framing and Project Management Office responsibilities
  • Project plan development, tracking, and management
  • Define customer business requirements and prepare gap analysis
  • Design configuration documents and lead portions of the design effort for implementation projects
  • Supportsales in client acquisition process from a services perspective
  • Manage the relationship with the client throughout the project duration and act as the main point of contact between customer and company
  • Author scope of work (SOW) documents and/or ensure the services delivered conform to what has been contractually agreed on schedule, with quality, confirming to scope and budget
  • Assist with resource planning and support resource professional development
  • Conduct Strategic Implementation Workshops (i.e. Talent Management Best-Practices, Change Management, and Governance Models).
  • Issue and budget management support
  • Support managing the financial aspects of the contract
  • Act as the escalation point for issue resolution

Minimum Requirements – Education, Skill & Abilities:

  • B.A/B.S in Business Management, or equivalent experience, or Project Management certification
  • Minimum 3years of business process or professional services consulting experience
  • Minimum of 3 Talent Management, Learning, or Performance solution implementations
  • Experience with CornerStone on Demand highly preferred
  • Proven results in a consulting environment as a Functional Lead
  • Ability to deal with and resolve complex customer business issues
  • Superior communication skills and attention to detail
  • Experience in a fast paced startup environment is preferred

Working Environment:

  • Office Environment or Client Site
  • Travel of 25% may be required
