Senior Program Managers are executives. They are given the autonomy to do the best, most rewarding work of their lives, and are held to high standards of accountability. As a Senior PM, you’ll work closely with Kaseya leadership, development, and customers to build the best and most innovative products for Managed Service Providers.

Responsibilities

  • Planning and designing the program and proactively monitoring its overall progress, resolving issues and initiating corrective action as appropriate;
  • Defining the program’s governance arrangements;
  • Ensuring effective quality assurance and overall integrity of the program - focusing inwardly on the internal consistency of the program; and outwardly on its coherence with infrastructure planning, interfaces with other programs and corporate technical and specialist standards;
  • Facilitating the appointment of individuals to Project teams;
  • Ensuring that the delivery of new products or services from the Projects is to the appropriate levels of quality, on time and within budget, in accordance with the program plan and program governance arrangements;
  • Ensuring that there is allocation of common resources and skills within the Projects belonging to the program;
  • Managing third party contributions to the program, including establishing a common framework for project management and project reporting;
  • Managing the communications with all program and project stakeholders;
  • Managing both the dependencies and the interfaces between projects;
  • Managing risks to the program’s successful outcome;
  • Initiating extra activities and other management interventions wherever gaps in the program are identified or issues arise;

Qualifications

  • 4-10 years of experience in Product Management
  • Expertise in Agile Development methodologies
  • Effective leadership, interpersonal and communication skills;
  • Ability to command respect and to create a sense of community among the members of the Project teams;
  • Good knowledge of techniques for planning, monitoring and controlling programs;
  • Sound business case development and approvals skills;
  • Good understanding of the procurement process including negotiation with 3rd parties;
  • A good understanding of how to apply PMI or APMG program management principles to a complex project portfolio; ideally, carrying a PgMP or MSP accreditation;
  • A good knowledge of budgeting, business planning and resource allocation procedures;
  • Sufficient seniority and credibility to advise Project teams on their Projects in relation to the program;
