Successful candidate will perform the following functions:

Assist the chipset program manager and support programs by managing complex task assignments, platform enablement, budgeting and tracking, schedule creation and maintenance, and metrics tracking.

Work with program managers, project analysts, individual engineers, and other key contributors to obtain information on project status and potential challenges to schedules and update schedules as required.

Understand project constraints and be able to recommend solutions or changes to Plan of Record (POR) within the scope of program boundaries.

Develop status reports including highlevel milestones and implement POR under the supervision of a Program Manager and/or chipset program analyst and recommend alternate courses of action where applicable.

Identify, document, and track progress of POR and provide appropriate action or support to ensure closure of open items.

Communicate, interact, and foster excellent working relations with multiple engineering functions, Procurement, Marketing, Operations, and other departments to assess and report latest factors and/or requirements affecting the build schedules and project deliverables.

Organize data, publish key results, and communicate risks and issues for Program Release Reviews, Design reviews, and other key meetings.

Compile the risks and issues identified by Engineering and Management to create the presentations to be used during the Review Meetings.

Attend Program Core Team Meetings and other project status meetings as required.

Support the Program Manager/Product Analyst in the monitoring of critical program team resources.

Work with Platform Solutions PMs and Demand Analysts to ensure on-time builds and delivery of development platform hardware. This includes attending and/or hosting weekly forecast meetings, ownership of time-sensitive allocations, and pick up/delivery of parts and platforms at various campus locations as needed, which has physical mobility requirements. Minimum Qualifications


5+ years experience in the following areas:

Experience creating and managing complex program schedules.

Experience with product life cycle management.

Experience in planning/scheduling involving digital, RF, Analog and Power Management ICs.

Preferred Qualifications


BS in relevant engineering discipline preferred.

MS Office Suite, PowerPoint, Visio, and MS Project.

Experience with Agile, Sharepoint.

Sufficient technical competency to participate in and add value to program and technical discussions and resolving issues.

Wireless semiconductor technology experience.

Understanding of Integrated Circuit development lifecycle/flow, engineering language, and acronyms.

Excellent verbal and written communications skills.

Effective team interfacing skills and the ability to work under tight timelines.

Ability to understand key technical issues and extract information by asking appropriate questions and validating information prior to publication.

Ability to apply critical thinking and interpersonal skills to practical situations.
