Job Description

POSITION SUMMARY


The Sr. Professional, Marketing Operations will work closely with the marketing demand center, product and sales teams to deliver in-depth analyses and solutions that support key marketing strategies and goals. In this critical role, he/she will provide solutions using data analysis/modeling, reporting, marketing technology and performance tracking.


Responsibilities:

  • Lead efforts to define and implement frameworks for measuring, reporting and analyzing demand creation and marketing results/KPIs.
  • Perform segmentation and analysis of prospect segments and client groups to understand their risks, potential, constraints, and objectives.
  • Lead a data driven management model. Drives the measurement, analysis, and reporting on program success and the on-going program reviews and updates to marketing, sales and leadership.
  • Define and manage the systems and processes for execution of B2B digital marketing programs that drive awareness, engagement and pipeline utilizing DOMO, Oracle Marketing Cloud, SharePoint and Oracle Engagement Cloud.
  • Develops dashboards, conducts analysis and provides insights to key stakeholders.
  • Responsible for converting business objectives into actionable insights with measurable KPIs, delivering key reports and actionable intelligence to business stakeholders.
  • Develops campaigns, reporting, marketing dashboards and prospecting lists for campaigns.
  • Conducts ad hoc analysis, performs audits, and directs break-fix support when needed.
  • Analyzes performance trends to provide key stakeholders with insights related to business objectives.

Job Requirements

Education, Experience, Knowledge and Skills

  • Bachelor's degree required. Master's Degree/MBA preferred.
  • 6+ years developing and executing marketing operations and reporting strategies in a B2B environment.
  • Sees plans in terms of ROI and measurable results with a track record of successfully delivered results in an ROI-based environment.
  • Demonstrates a passion for understanding practices, trends and technology affecting the business, industry and marketplace. Ability to translate business objectives into marketing goals and measurements.
  • Ability to liaise with and influence stakeholders in matters related to reporting, marketing technology and tools. Strong understanding of the organization, its offerings and its culture will be critical.
  • Collaborative and willing to jump in where necessary to achieve goals and pipeline growth.
  • Strong attention to detail and effective project management experience.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset and skills; self-driven, self-motivated, accountable, strong leadership.
