Job Description:

We have a unique opportunity for a seasoned Product Marketing Manager to join our Clarity PPM team to help grow our business. This high impact Product Marketing Manager will develop and execute specific marketing plans and activities for Clarity PPM to enhance our market position. As the Product Marketing Manager, you will work closely with the product, sales and corporate marketing teams to drive key results


  • Develops specific marketing plans and activities for Clarity PPM to establish, enhance or distinguish product placement within the competitive arena.
  • Drives business plans and product positioning in the marketplace.
  • Oversees market research and demand generation tied to specific customer outcomes.
  • Responsible for delivering strategic results that may have a company-wide impact and is long term in nature.
  • Acts as demand generation technical and business consultant to group.
  • Leads development of high impact and/ or long-range strategic projects and initiatives.
  • Works on advanced complex technical projects or business issues requiring state of the art technical knowledge or industry.
  • In-house expert on digital demand generation for new customer acquisitions and renewals.
  • Interface with pre-sales, sales and customer success teams to understand demand forecast drivers and customer success metrics.

Job Requirements:

  • BS/BA
  • 12+ years of experience in product marketing, account management, digital marketing, marketing or sales operations, and or business analysis.
  • Previous experience managing business outcomes, communicating across teams, and meeting deadlines to accomplish common goals.
  • Have experience in a customer-facing role and have the necessary communications skills and experience to be able to interface effectively.
  • Ability to handle fast pace and pressure environment
  • Strong initiative and self-starter attitude
  • Distinct accomplishment that clearly contributed to increased revenue
  • Experience driving significant and unique issues where analysis of situations or data requires an evaluation of intangibles.
